Challenge
Following several mission critical project wins, there was a need to expand the mission critical capabilities. With the majority of the capability for Gensler within the Birmingham market, there was a need to explore additional locations to increase the pace of hiring within a competitive area.
Results
The project began with an assessment of talent concentration, exploring both local Dutch regions and London. Over the course of 4 months, we recruited 10 hires across London and Birmingham including Design Managers, Architects and Technologists.
