Faced with a significant task to mobilise a large design and PMO team throughout a global delivery set up, Gensler were looking for additional resourcing support & co-ordination through a complex stakeholder group facing tight timelines on an ever changing number of positions.

We delivered over 30 hires through an embedded recruiting model, covering key areas such as:

Through a use of targeted direct sourcing, advertising and increased capacity into the internal team, we delivered over 60% cost savings vs agency and reduced time to hire by 43%.
